Itinerary

DAY 01 - Arrive in Haridwar

The starting point of your official Char Dham Yatra is Haridwar, the entry point to Uttarakhand. After checking in at your accommodation, relax for a while before enjoying a little lunch. Experience the calming Ganga Aarti and visit the sacred Har ki Pauri ghat. Take in the serene atmosphere as you stroll around the ghats. Next, go to the Mansa Devi shrine, participate in the ceremonies, and look about the shrine. After eating a modest dinner, head back to your hotel to rest.

DAY 02 - Visit Barkot

Start with eating breakfast early in the morning. After that, go on a lengthy, picturesque trip to Barkot. You can take in the peaceful surroundings at Mussoorie's Kempty Falls while traveling. The journey to Barkot will take you via picturesque rivers, waterfalls, and landscapes. Once in Barkot, check into your accommodation. After eating your snacks, take a little break. After supper in the evening, take a walk around the neighborhood before heading back to your hotel.

DAY 03 - Arrival in Yamunotri

Set off early in the morning to begin your journey. After consuming your morning meal, depart for Janki Chatti, the trek's base camp. A manual trip or a pony trek are your options. Beautiful walking trails and walks will be visible along the route, providing you with a serene and unforgettable experience. When you reach your location, take a shower in your camp and have some tea. You can then take a holy dip in the sacred water at Surya Kund. Participate in the ceremonies when you visit the Yamunotri temple. After touring the temple's surroundings, head back to Barkot at night. After eating dinner, turn in for the night.

DAY 04 - Arrive in Uttarkashi

Early in the morning, after breakfast, depart for Uttarkashi, a holy town situated beside the Bhagirathi River. Explore the Prakateshwar Cave, a naturally occurring limestone formation, by stopping halfway. Get to Uttarkashi, check into your hotel, and then relax. Walk around the picturesque ghats and participate in the ceremonies after visiting the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After you get back to your hotel, eat dinner, and then sleep to get ready for the next day.

DAY 05 - Visit Gangotri

To get to the base camp of the trip, begin your journey early in the morning and walk around the banks of Bhagirathi. Reach Gangotri, the sacred river Ganga's starting location. You will have a calming experience at the Gangotri temple after taking a swim in the holy waters. Explore the architecture and surrounding environs of the snow-capped mountain temple while participating in the rites. After returning to Uttarkashi, have meals and rest in order to get ready for the trip the next day.

DAY 06 - Explore Guptkashi

Begin your trip early in the morning and reach Guptkashi, the Kedarnath Trek's base camp. Beautiful snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, and picturesque scenery may be seen throughout the route. After an exhausting eight-hour drive, reach Guptkashi and settle into your accommodation. Enjoy some tea and some pastries, then relax for a while. Next, go to Ardh Narishwar Temple and participate in the temple's ceremonies. Go back to your hotel, eat dinner, and then go to bed.

DAY 07 - Arrive in Kedarnath

Start your trek early in the morning and have your breakfast before you leave for your sacred journey to Kedarnath. The trek is 16 kilometers and you have options of manual trekking or choosing between a helicopter and pony. On the way you will encounter scenic paths, snow capped mountain ranges and beautiful waterfalls. DAY 08 - Visit Badrinath

After breakfast and some downtime at Guptkashi, begin your trek to Badrinath. You will come across stunning locations along the route, such as Joshimath, Govindghat, and Vishnuprayag, where you may pause and take in the breathtaking scenery. After you reach Badrinath, check into your accommodation. Enjoy your munchies and take a nap after checking in. Afterward, proceed to the Badrinath temple, which is devoted to Lord Vishnu. After participating in the Aarti and touring the temple, pay a visit to the Tapt Kund, a naturally occurring hot spring. After you get back to your hotel, have dinner and go to bed.

DAY 09 - Explore Badrinath

Wake up early in the morning and then have your breakfast. Visit the Badrinath temple for the morning darshan, which is a divine experience. Visit the Mana Village which is the last Indian village at the Tibetan border. Explore Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Bhim Pul which is one of the most visited sights in Badrinath.
