Itinerary

DAY 01 - Jaipur – welcome to the Pink city!

Train / Flight to Jaipur from Jamnagar. On arrival at the airport/railway station, our representative will meet you and accompany you to the hotel where you will receive the hotel paperwork. Once this is done, start the sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit the famous City Palace, one of the best of the Rajput and Mughal Architecture. They can explore the Royal Courtyards, the Museums, the Costumes and the Historical Collections at the palace. Next visit Jantar Mantar, the largest astronomical observatory in India, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to the renowned Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) that is adorned with its stunning pink sandstone windows and architecture. Stay at Jaipur for one or more nights.

DAY 02 - Jaipur to Jodhpur, the Blue City

Post breakfast head towards popularly known as the Blue City of Rajasthan, Jodhpur. The path is picturesque and offers views of the traditional villages and desert scenery. On arrival check in to the hotel and unwind. After visiting the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, the largest and most impressive Fort in India. The fort is perched on a hilltop, with a splendid view of the blue-painted houses of Jodhpur city. A visit to the museums, royal galleries, ancient weaponry and beautifully designed courtyards in the fort will help visitors learn about the history of the fort. Later, climb the steps to Jaswant Thada, a tranquil marble memorial in a scenic park and tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy a night stay at Jodhpur.

DAY 03 - Welcome to the Golden City of Jaisalmer

After breakfast take a drive towards the Golden City Jaisalmer, renowned for its golden sandstone architecture, and desert beauty. Check in at the hotel on arrival and unwind. Later head to the renowned Jaisalmer Fort, the world's last living fort in which people still reside in the fort complex. Take a walk along the narrow streets and go to the ancient temples, traditional houses and the color markets within the fort territory. Also see Patwon Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli that are renowned for their elaborate carvings, balconies and traditional Rajasthani Architecture.In the evening there will be authentic Rajasthani cuisine as well as folk music and dance. DAY 04 - Sam Sand dunes desert safari

Then, move towards the renowned Sam Sand Dunes and get an adventure in the desert–an experience that is not less than an unforgettable adventure in the Thar Desert. A camel safari, golden sand dunes and a fantastic sunset over the desert. Those who like an even more adventurous safari experience can consider taking a jeep safari, which comes at an additional cost. In the evening, there are cultural activities like concerts of the traditional folk songs and dances, Kalbelia and Rajasthani arts at the desert camp.  Take in the desert beauty with free skies and relax around a camp fire, while experiencing the desert culture of Rajasthan. DAY 05 - Travel to Kargil and then back to Jaisalmer.

When you get back, you will have some time to spend shopping and relaxing after breakfast. Local markets are available for visitors to browse when they want to bring home a memorable piece of embroidery, a leather goods, a handicraft or something else. Postpone the transfer to Jaisalmer airport/railway station before the onward trip to Jamnagar as per travel itinerary.
