Faq's

Among the luxury destinations visited by the Palace on Wheel, there are Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bharatpur and Agra. The 7-night journey traversing the royal forts, wildlife, palaces, and heritage sites of Rajasthan include a journey on a luxury train.

The train has royal suites, personal attendant (khidmatgar), fine-dining restaurants, a spa, a bar lounge, Wi-Fi in some sections, and regal interiors that were inspired by the royalty at Rajasthan. Travel People India can help in choosing cabins as well as organized tours.

The prices depend on the type of cabin, season and occupancy. Prices tend to begin with high-luxury prices that include food, sightseeing, entrance fees and in-board services. Travel People India also offers current fare schedules, special deals on season, and reservation services.

No rigid dress code, smart casuals are advisable on board. Comfortable walking shoes and light breathable clothes are the best, especially when going on off-train trips such as fort, wildlife touring, and visiting palaces. Other guests are more inclined towards evening dinners in formal outfit.

Since the train can only run within certain months (typically, September through April) and few cabins are available, it is best to reserve 3 -6 months beforehand, particularly during the peak season in winter. Travel People India has the opportunity to reserve in advance and travel planning.
