Itinerary

01

DAY 01 - Arrive in Haridwar

The starting point of your official Char Dham Yatra is Haridwar, the entry point to Uttarakhand. After checking in at your accommodation, relax for a while before enjoying a little lunch. Experience the calming Ganga Aarti and visit the sacred Har ki Pauri ghat. Take in the serene atmosphere as you stroll around the ghats. Next, go to the Mansa Devi shrine, participate in the ceremonies, and look at the shrine. After eating a modest dinner, head back to your hotel to rest.

DAY 02 - Arrive in Barkot

Start with eating breakfast early in the morning. After that, go on a lengthy, picturesque trip to Barkot. You can take in the peaceful surroundings at Mussoorie's Kempty Falls while traveling. The journey to Barkot will take you via picturesque rivers, waterfalls, and landscapes. After arriving in Barkot, check into your accommodation. After eating your snacks, take a little break. After supper in the evening, take a walk around the neighborhood before heading back to your hotel.

DAY 03 - Arrival in Yamunotri

Set off early in the morning to begin your journey. After consuming your morning meal, depart for Janki Chatti, the trek's base camp. A manual trek or a pony trek are your options. Beautiful walking trails and walks will be visible along the route, providing you with a serene and unforgettable experience. When you reach your location, take a shower in your camp and have some tea. You can then take a holy dip in the sacred water at Surya Kund. Participate in the ceremonies when you visit the Yamunotri temple. After touring the temple's surroundings, head back to Barkot at night. After eating dinner, turn in for the night.

DAY 04 - Arrival in Uttarkashi

 Early in the morning, after breakfast, depart for Uttarkashi, a holy town situated beside the Bhagirathi River. Explore the Prakateshwar Cave, a naturally occurring limestone formation, by stopping halfway. Get to Uttarkashi, check into your hotel, and then relax. Walk around the picturesque ghats and participate in the ceremonies after visiting the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After you get back to your hotel, eat dinner, and then sleep to get ready for the next day.

DAY 05 - Explore Gangotri

To get to the trek's base camp, set out early in the morning and stroll around the banks of Bhagirathi. Reach Gangotri, the starting point of the sacred Ganga river. Visit the Gangotri temple after taking a plunge in the holy waters for a calming experience. Participate in the ceremonies and tour the temple's architecture and surrounding environs, which are encircled by snow-capped mountains. Go back to Uttarkashi, have dinner, and rest while getting ready for your expedition the next day.

DAY 06 - Arrive in Guptkashi

Start your journey early in the morning and arrive at Guptkashi which is the base camp for the Kedarnath Trek. On the way you will see beautiful snow capped mountains, water falls and scenic landscapes. Arrive at Guptkashi after a long 8 hour drive and check in to your hotel. Have some snacks and tea and take a rest for some time. After that, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple and take part in the rituals in the temple. Return back to your hotel and then have your dinner and then sleep

DAY 07 - Arrive in Kedarnath

Begin your travel early in the morning and eat breakfast before heading off on your holy pilgrimage to Kedarnath. There are two choices for the 16-kilometer trek: physical trekking or a helicopter or pony. Beautiful waterfalls, snow-capped mountain ranges, and picturesque trails will all be encountered along the route. Visit the revered temple of Kedarnath, participate in customs and ceremonies, and tour the historic structure. Begin your trip to Guptkashi, arriving early in the morning.

DAY 08 - Arrive at Badrinath

After breakfast and some downtime at Guptkashi, begin your trek to Badrinath. You will come across stunning locations along the route, such as Joshimath, Govindghat, and Vishnuprayag, where you may pause and take in the breathtaking scenery. After you reach Badrinath, check into your accommodation. Enjoy your munchies and take a nap after checking in. Afterward, proceed to the Badrinath temple, which is devoted to Lord Vishnu. After participating in the Aarti and touring the temple, pay a visit to the Tapt Kund, a naturally occurring hot spring. After you get back to your hotel, have dinner and go to bed.

DAY 09 - Badrinath Sightseeing

You should get up early and eat breakfast. For a holy experience, go to the Badrinath temple for the morning darshan. See the final Indian village on the Tibetan border, Mana Village. Explore some of Badrinath's most popular attractions, including Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Bhim Pul. After you get back to your hotel, have dinner and go to bed.

Start early in the morning and have your breakfast. Leave for your home as your memorable trip comes to an end here.
