Itinerary

01

DAY 01 - Arrival in Delhi

  Meeting at the airport or railway station of Delhi and then transfer to the hotel. This being the first day, the day is carefree and there is not much travel involved. Check-in and have a rest, visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib which is considered as one of the most serene Sikh pilgrimage sites with a sacred Sarovar and Langar service. Take time and enjoy spiritual tranquillity and witness Sikh prayer customs. Then later visit a neighboring place known as Connaught Place or have a rest at the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.

DAY 02 - Temple Tour of Delhi

  Once you are done eating breakfast, start sightseeing the temples starting with Akshardham Temple which is also known due to its enormous architecture, exhibitions, and spiritual narrations about Indian culture. Visit later on Lotus Temple, a Baha House of Worship, which is shaped like a lotus and has a tranquil meditation system. Next go to Laxminarayan Temple ( Birla Mandir ), which is devoted to God Vishnu and goddess Lakshmi. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.

DAY 03 - Delhi to Mathura -Vrindavan

  Breakfast, and then drive to Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Tour Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple Complex, an important place of pilgrimage. Move to Vrindavan to see Banke Bihari Temple of the most sacred Krishna temples. Another place to visit is also the ISKCON Temple and Prem Mandir which is beautifully lit in the evening and has a spiritual ambience. Overnight stay in Vrindavan.

DAY 04 - Vrindavan to Haridwar

  Visit Haridwar which is among the holiest cities after breakfast on the banks of River Ganga. Once the hotel check-in is done, go to Har Ki Pauri Ghat, the most holy bathing ghat located in Haridwar. During the evening, observe the amazing Ganga Aarti event, a religious event that is full of devotional songs and floating diyas. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

DAY 05 - Haridwar to Rishikesh

  Breakfast at the hotel and then proceed to Rishikesh called the Yoga Capital of the World. Go to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple that is devoted to Lord Shiva. Tour Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, which are well-known suspension bridges across River Ganga. Visit Ganga Aarti, the spiritual environment of Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

DAY 06 - Rishikesh to Varanasi

  Following breakfast, move on to travel to Varanasi via a flight which is the spiritual capital of India. Arrive and have a replenishment in the hotel. At night, you must go to Dashashwamedh Ghat and witness the most godlike event of the Ganga Aarti ceremony. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

DAY 07 - Exploration of Varanasi Temple

  Boat ride on River Ganga in the early morning to observe rituals of sunrises and sacred bathing. Sightseeing: Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple which is dedicated to the Lord Shiva and one of the twelve jyotirlingas. Subsequently, pay a visit to Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and Durga Temple. Afternoon off to take spiritual walks in the ghats or visit the market. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

DAY 08 - Varanasi to Ayodhya

  Breakfast and then drive to Ayodhya, which was the birthplace of Lord Ram. Tour Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi Temple and Kanak Bhawan Temple. Kirtans and spiritual atmosphere. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

DAY 09 - Ayodhya to Prayagraj

Breakfast and then to Prayagraj. Pay a visit to the holy Triveni Sangam, where Rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati are said to have come together and are regarded as the most sacred pilgrimage location in India. Pay a visit to Allahabad Fort and Hanuman Temple. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

DAY 10 - Prayagraj to Delhi -Departure.

Breakfast, by train or air to Delhi. On arrival, transports to the airport or railway station to continue the journey which would end the India Temple Trail Tour.
