Itinerary
DAY 01 - Jaipur Versatile Day: Arrival and City Excursion.
Check in to a hotel in Jaipur. Once you clean up begin sightseeing in the city. Take a sightseeing of the Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal). It boasts of numerous little windows to allow royal ladies to observe life on the streets. One of the well-known structures is the pink sandstone wall. Next go to the City Palace. It possesses royal rooms, broad courtyards and great paintings. There is even weapons, palace clothes and other pieces of furniture. Stroll around its small streets and observe the combination of Rajput and Mughal buildings. Then go Jantar Mantar an observatory which was constructed to study time and stars. It sits near the palace. The stone instruments are fascinating, and reveal ancient astronomic facts. Go out in the evening to the Johari Bazaar market and place orders on jewellery, arts and crafts, clothes and Rajasthani souvenirs. As you shop around, have some local desserts such as ghewar or laddoos. Dine in the hotel and over night.
DAY 02 - Jaipur – Forts and Culture
Muir in the morning, visit the Amber Fort, which is a hill fortress near Jaipur. Visit its expansive courts, royal palaces and Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) whose number of mirrors is many. The Maota Lake, and the hills surrounding the fort. On the path back also view Jal Mahal a palace en route in the Man Sagar Lake. It is suspended on water and is a good photo location. Thereafter you should go and observe antique paintings, carpets and the traditional Rajasthani art in Albert Hall Museum. The evening visit Nahargarh Fort. The city lights up at sunset. Get snacks / tea at the small cafe in the fort. Go back to hotel, dine and stay over.
DAY 03 - Jaipur → Jodhpur
Breakfast and then drive to Jodhpur. The duration of the drive is approximately 6 hrs and the road goes through villages, fields and desert scenery. Reach Jodhpur and take over your hotel. Later that evening visit Mehrangarh Fort, which is one of the largest Indian forts. Travel through its gardens and visit museums in the palaces with royal dresses and weapons and photographs. The fort walls provide the views of the Blue City. The sunset view is beautiful. Dining on-top of the fort restaurant with a view. Stay overnight in Jodhpur.
DAY 04 - Jodhpur -City Tour and Drive to Udaipur (via Ranakpur).
Begin the day with Jaswant Thada, which is a white marble structure with the garden and a small pond. Then proceed to Umaid Bhawan Palace that is a museum and a one time royal house. It shows ancient clocks, pieces of furniture and photographs of the royal crime. Lunch, and pass to Udaipur. At the Ranakpur Jain Temple, consisting of 1,444 carved marble pillars on the way stop here. The shouldering and temple are very Rajasthani. go on to Udaipur and reach in afternoon. Check in and go to bed with your hotel. You may also ride a boat in Lake Pichola, one of the most beautiful lakes in Rajasthan which is located at night. Sightseeing of City Palace, Jag Mandir and observing the way city lights are reflected in the water. Have a swim down the lakeside following the ride. Stay overnight in Udaipur.
DAY 05 - City Touring and Sight Seeing, and Udaipur Departure, Udaipur.
Begin with City Palace of Udaipur where this is a huge complex with several courtyards, balconies, and rooms ornamented with glass. Lake Pichola is visible as well as the hills that are around the palaces. Next, Mr. Ellington, walk over to Jagdish Temple which is a high structure of fine stone carvalings. The second attraction is Saheliyon Ki Bari, a female rulers royal garden. How see fountains, lotus pools and marble daisies. It can also be observed that you can also take a ride in a boat on Fateh Sagar Lake, watch the sunset and go on a relaxation break. When there is time visit Bagore Ki Haveli to see traditional Rajasthani dancing or puppet show. Bus to airport, railway station or where it is after work.
