01

DAY 01 - Paris arrival and Experience the Desert.

Arrive at Jaisalmer and arrive in your hotel. Rest and then begin sightseeing with the Jaisalmer Fort which is one of the largest fort in India. Explore narrow streets within the fort, sand stone palaces, temples and handicrafts and souvenirs shops. Then go to Patwon Ki Haveli and the carvings and ancient architecture are gorgeous. Take the shots of the balconies and rock walls. In the afternoon, later visit Sam Sand Dunes to have an exciting desert safari. Ride camels, see the golden sunset on the dunes, and make numerous photos. That is a night to watch a traditional Rajasthani folk dance and music. Get to know about local culture, costumes and instruments. Dinner and stay in Jaisalmer at the hotel.

DAY 02 - Jodhpur to Jaisalmer and Tour of the City.

After breakfast leave and go to Jodhpur (approximately 56 hours). Desert villages, sand dunes and farmland will be found on the road. Arrive Jodhur, go to your hotel and lunch and sleep. Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest and most impressive forts of India, which is located in the afternoon. Tour the palaces, halls, and galleries, and the courtyards. Have a panorama of the blue city, though its houses are painted blue that stretches to the hills. then go to the white marble cenotaph, Jaswant Thada, which is in the midst of quiet gardens by the fort. Sardar market is a vibrant market where handicraft, spices, textiles and souvenirs are available. Visiting during the evening is the best thing to do. Local snacks Sample mirchi vada, mawa kachori or pyaz ki kachori. Take time to purchase shops on the colorful streets. Have dinner and spend the night at Jodhpur.

DAY 03 - Udaipur and Lake City Tour: Jumping ship to Jodhpur on an Escalator.

Breakfast, and then depart out of your hotel and head to Udaipur (approximately 5-6 hours). Take the country side and small towns on your way. Reach Udaipur, enter your hotel and have lunch. The first sightseeing point should be the City Palace, which is located on top of a lake called Pichola. Witness its courthyards, museums and halls with paintings, mirrors and royal objects. Visit Jagdish Temple, an ancient temple situated close to the palace and has great carvings. During the afternoon, have a spin in the lake Pichola, where the City Palace, Lake Palace, and the old buildings are in full view in the crystal water. Take photos and relax. Go to local markets that have been established around the lake to purchase handicrafts, miniature paintings and souvenirs. Evening time spending at the hotel. Overnight and dinner in Udaipur.

DAY 04 - Sightseeing and Departure Udaipur.

Breakfast, then go to Saheliyon Ki Bari which is a beautiful garden constructed on behalf of royal ladies. Delight in fountains, lotus pools and lawns. Walk around the empty streets and take shots. Then visit Fateh Sagar Lake a tranquil lake with a sight of Aravalli hills. Go walking around the lake or sailing. Next go to Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace located on a hill and provides a panoramic view of Udaipur and the surrounding. Take photos and rest. Do a final minute shopping at the Hathi Pol Bazaar or any other shopping center in the city after lunch. Handicrafts, traditional clothes, jewelry and souvenirs are available for purchase.
