Itinerary
DAY 01 - Welcome and Sightseeing of the city.
Go to Jaisalmer and have dinner in the hotel. The best place to begin your sightseeing would be the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila), which is the UNESCO world heritage known to have its living heritage and golden architecture. Visit the beautifully carved Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli that are marvelous with their elaborated stone and royal history. During the evening, you can make a silent walk around one of the lakes known as the Gadisar Lake, and visit the different temples and watch the sunset.
DAY 02 - Kuldhara & Sam Sand Dunes
Breakfast, followed by the mysterious Kuldhara Village, an abandoned village, surrounded with mysteries of curses and the legends of the eternal desert. Then take a trip to the famous Sam Sand Dunes and spend the time of your life in the desert. Ride a camel in dunes of different colors that are set in intriguing colors. This will be followed by a cultural evening of Rajasthani folk dance, music and traditional dinner at a lavish desert camp. A night out in the desert tent in the starry sky.
DAY 03 - Local Markets & Departure
After a beautiful morning scene over the dunes back to Jaisalmer, and hunt in the neighboring markets to procure materials of souvenirs like miniature painters, camel leather and embroidered articles. On time, you can view the Bada Bagh or sit in the roof top cafe by observing the fort before you take off.
